About the role
Planning and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives for both MT & GT channels.
Managing Beauty Advisor Management Team including hiring, training, allocation, and performance evaluation.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key accounts.
Negotiating contracts, trade terms, and promotions with distributors and GT/MT channel partners.
Monitoring product availability, inventory levels, and ensuring 100% stock fulfillment across channels.
Coordinating with Product Trainer Team to maintain BA grooming standards, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
Implementing trade marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising to boost brand visibility and sales.
Conducting market research and analyzing channel performance to identify growth opportunities and anticipate potential challenges.
Producing sales performance reports, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategies based on insights.
Collaborating closely with marketing, creative, operations, and warehouse teams to align on trade initiatives and brand activations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales-related roles
Experience in the beauty industry and/or FMCG is preferred
