About the role

  • Planning and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives for both MT & GT channels.

  • Managing Beauty Advisor Management Team including hiring, training, allocation, and performance evaluation.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key accounts.

  • Negotiating contracts, trade terms, and promotions with distributors and GT/MT channel partners.

  • Monitoring product availability, inventory levels, and ensuring 100% stock fulfillment across channels.

  • Coordinating with Product Trainer Team to maintain BA grooming standards, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

  • Implementing trade marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising to boost brand visibility and sales.

  • Conducting market research and analyzing channel performance to identify growth opportunities and anticipate potential challenges.

  • Producing sales performance reports, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategies based on insights.

  • Collaborating closely with marketing, creative, operations, and warehouse teams to align on trade initiatives and brand activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales-related roles

  • Experience in the beauty industry and/or FMCG is preferred
