About the role

  • Processing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts.

  • Supervising account needs and addressing concerns to ensure smooth communication.

  • Arranging and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Coordinating and managing promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns with retail partners.

  • Checking and analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and product placement optimization.

  • Supervising sales forecasts and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient product distribution.

  • Checking and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and processing renewal agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Key Account Manager in the retail industry

  • Proven experience in managing retail key accounts, ideally within the beauty or FMCG sector

  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients

  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
