About the role
Processing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts.
Supervising account needs and addressing concerns to ensure smooth communication.
Arranging and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Coordinating and managing promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns with retail partners.
Checking and analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and product placement optimization.
Supervising sales forecasts and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient product distribution.
Checking and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and processing renewal agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Key Account Manager in the retail industry
Proven experience in managing retail key accounts, ideally within the beauty or FMCG sector
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients
Strong business development skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
