About the Role
Job Description
Support and provide solutions to employees for tech-related issues (Laptops, Email accounts, printers, tech devices, etc.)
Prepare laptops and tech devices for employees (Setup, Data reset, etc.)
Repair and replace device hardware (RAM, battery, etc.)
Maintaining IT assets inventory and record every change made
Procuring IT devices
Provide remote support for employees
Submitting tickets to Jira Service Management for every request and issues
Monitoring offices network in 2 locations via provided monitoring dashboard
Report network issues to third-party vendor
Support HR and GA for on-boarding and off-boarding employees
Support company events by providing network connection and devices
Requirements
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; helpdesk service or technical support (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Have the ability to maintain stakeholder
IT assets management
Problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems
Know troubleshoot network devices
Know network topology
Knowing Google Workspace is a plus
Knowing about Shopify development is a plus
Proficiency in English
Able to work on-site (WFO)
