About the role

  • Respond to approximately 300 customer chats daily on marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Tokopedia from 9 AM to 4 PM

  • Monitor and process order cancellations and product returns, ensuring smooth refund handlingHandle weekend WhatsApp inquiries regarding manual return processes

  • Confirm and communicate out-of-stock (OOS) statuses to customers by checking inventory in the systemManage product returns related to damaged or defective items through manual WhatsApp coordination

  • Process refunds for incomplete product deliveries via the respective marketplace platforms

  • Create and maintain KU1 & KU2 order numbers in the system for returned products

  • Prepare daily reports summarizing customer complaints

  • Monitor stock transfers by checking B2B stock availability and transferring stock to B2C when items are out of stock

  • Support sales growth through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during customer interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a customer service, preferably from beauty local brands

  • Strong background in administration and communication

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
