About the role

  • Collaborate directly with the team to brainstorm event and activation concepts, then translate ideas into clear, presentable decks and timelines

  • Support the planning and execution of our events such as the Hystoric Hybrid Race and Hystoric Hybrid Elite Program, including concept decks, assisting with on-ground activations and ensuring everything is completed according to project timelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support execution

  • Coordinate with the Social Media team to ensure activations are communicated effectively across Hypefast's platforms

  • Assist with on-ground logistics and event-day support as needed

  • Handle ad hoc tasks to keep projects on track within tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Genuinely interested in activation, events, or partnerships work

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive, execution-oriented, and able to get things done with minimal hand-holding

  • Basic proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for deck-building; Excel/Sheets for timeline tracking

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
