As a Technical Program Manager, you will be working closely with engineers, product managers, product designer and other non-tech stakeholders to build high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on time)
Manage projects, processes, or operations
identify risk / issue within a project and propose alternative solutions on how to handle the risk / issue
Create governance of a certain process and always trying to find opportunities to improve current process
Create report and delivery status (e.g. create project status update to all level of stakeholders)
Facilitate scrum rituals (daily standup, sprint planning, retrospective, grooming)
Develop visibility of metrics and methodologies to support decision making process
Ensuring the recommendations or action items are thoroughly executed
Be a role model / change agent to promote good engineering culture (e.g. collaboration, speak up, ownership, hungry for grow, etc)
Facilitate OKR creation within the team and monitor the OKR progress
Requirements
3+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager / Project Manager
University degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, as well as experience with project management tools and software.\
A proven track record of leading and delivering complex technical projects, from inception to completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and requirements, and to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment.
The ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, and drive resolution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
