About the Role
Manage the whole hiring process from reaching out to candidates to making job offers and negotiating terms
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Advertise jobs internally and externally
Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and headcount requisition from hiring managers
Requirements
Bachelor in Psychology or a relevant field
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Have excellent communication and time management skills
