About the Role
This role will primary responsibility will be to grow and strengthen our brand portfolio’s brand awareness in order to drive performance. You will work very closely with the commercial and brand teams to determine their needs and goals, identifying opportunities for growth within an existing brand, and developing plans to achieve them.
Consulting with our brand portfolio on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and improve brand performance
Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in specific industries
Research and analyse competitor/market activity to create competitive strategies for Hypefast brands, and develop relevant campaigns or events offline and online.
Develop brand planning and programs, and manage the implementation and execution of these projects
Work closely with all functions within brand marketing team to ensure all strategies are executed properly and meets expectations
Minimum of 4 years working experience in the field of Marketing, Branding or Strategy
Previous work experience in Mom and Kids brand is a big plus
Previous work experience in an agency or consultancy envio
Able to think creatively, structurally and create action plans based on data and insights
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written
Someone with high ownership, who is a self starter and can work equally well within a collaborative environment and independently
Curiosity, adaptability, keen eye for details to monitor market movements, trends and innovative spirit to experiment & push the envelope in the space of user
