About the Role
Mereview dan membuat materi training yang efektif untuk SPG
Memahami cara menghandle dan karakteristik konsumen
Membuat kalendar training dan melakukan coaching development secara regular
Berkoordinasi dengan Team Leader untuk evaluasi dan review performance serta kebutuhan para SPG ke divisi terkait
Mengevaluasi dan mereview training yang telah dilakukan, membuat action plan dan Laporan untuk Improvement
Inisiatif dan inovatif terhadap perkembangan produk baby untuk kebutuhan training ke SPG
Requirements
Willing to work mobile.
Experienced as a Trainer for over 2 years. (Mom and Baby products will be better)
Shows strong leadership & communication skill. Capable to work as a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
Good in doing administrative thing.
Honest and trustworthy with integrity to maintain Brand’s reputation (Hypefast & Cessa) in front of store partners
