About the Role
Hypefast is looking for a Special Project to lead our partnership and strategic projects initiatives. He/She will build and foster good relationships with external partners to mutually benefit all the parties. We are looking for a forward-thinking, structured problem solver, highly business acumen, and passionate person in building good relationships. You will work closely with internal and external partners and be a driving force that helps our local brand grow exponentially.
Work closely with Category Team in defining partnership strategy, identify potential partners and assess partnership opportunity (i.e. Mall partnership, Brand Partnership, and/or channel expansion project).
Negotiation and closing of deals: lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership
Lead multiple projects from ideation to execution to project monitoring. Whilst, ensure the alignment between stakeholders is running smoothly and seamlessly.
Capable of creating an insightful report and presentation deck in order to track/monitor performance as well as seek future improvement.
Conduct initial research or relevant studies on topics related to market/channel expansion, category expansion, and competitive analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a top university with 2-4 years of working experience (experience in Retail Business/ B2B Account Management /consulting /ecommerce/tech startup is preferred)
Strong in analytical skills (Excel) and developing effective presentations decks (Powerpoint).
Excellent project management skills to manage and prioritise multiple complex projects.
Able to articulate data to seek insight/solutions or highly capable of problem solving.
Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)
High curiosity and hunger to learn.
Excited about startup and can work effectively in dealing with ambiguity
