About the Role
Establish local MVS operating system program
Introduce Brands to local marketplaces
Supervise local marketing initiatives by sets and manages total brand sell-out and sell-in targets through all channels
Business analysis: anticipate and proactively work on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities, keeping brand identity
Plan and forecast stocks needed to drive the distribution ambition and strategy. Ensure proper management of merchandising execution and replenishment on all doors.
Masters Retail operation and execution to maximize sales
Plays a key role in elevating customer experience – both online and offline
Oversees third party operational partner
Requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in sales business development, account management or operations
Comes from a Retail industry background and understand local brands in Malaysia is a plus
Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
Great leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (both oral & written)
