Tentang Peran

We are seeking a motivated, skilled and detail-oriented Retail Operations Admin Freelance with a critical background in the retail apparel industry to join our team. 


For this position, you will be:

  1. Freelance working: You will be only required to work from our office 2 days a week, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays

  2. Compensation: We compensate our freelancers based on office attendance, ensuring you are paid for the days you contribute directly at our office.



In this role, you will:

  • Maintain PO trackers and exploration trackers.

  • Handle various tactical administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist the legal team to perform filing, scanning and other administrative tasks.

Persyaratan

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for detail, particularly when handling data and purchase order (PO) management.


We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A must-have 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably within the apparel sector. 

  • Keen with data and PO management tasks.

  • Strong knowledge and skills in Excel are essential.

  • Comfortable handling and managing legal documents.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and meticulous in your work.
