About the Role

  • Identify reseller partners/ communities that add value to the existing channel ecosystem and recruit them as our channels

  • Develop strategic territory plan for achieving annual quota and business growth by hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets working through channel partners.

  • Identify and lead generation activities with channel partners

  • Conduct regularly Business reviews with partners’ and weekly sales cadence with partners’ sales leaders/ sales rep to provide accurate sales forecast and increase revenue

  • Educate Brands in commercial practices. Maintains a good understanding of the channel & ecosystem


  • Min. 5+ years of work experience, with min. 3+ years in GT, direct sales, and/or reseller experience (eg. Sophie martin, Oriflame, Young living, Herbalife, etc)

  • Have experienced managing cross-function projects, and have led a team

  • Have a good network within the GT, direct sales, and reseller industry

  • Have experienced managing budget, from proposing, planning, monitoring budget deployment, and budget reporting
