Handling end to end process of reseller (GTMT stores/Distributor) sales management
Create, manage and execute a strategy to boost reseller's sales
Coordinate between other departments and reseller experience team to develop effective campaign and promo
Achieved sales number in responsible area by managing existing distributor / reseller and approaching new area/reseller (New Open Outlet)
Requirements
Preferable Experience as National Sales Manager or Senior Sales Area Manager (FMCG/Retail) at least 5 years (Modern Market, Minimarket & General Trade)
Experienced in Baby Shop and Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF)
Having strong engagement and relationship with Distributors, General & Modern Trade channels.
Has experience managing budgets for trade spent and promotion.
Strong negotiation trading term.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team
Initiative, persuasive, and proactive Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
