Responsible in managing product listing on online and offline channel
Responsible for managing product samples before and after photoshoots, and delivering the samples to the production line (coordination with production admin) --> need to be present on photoshoot days.
Coordinating offline product delivery with the store team/MT team.
Assisting in analysing best selling items for offline store delivery plans.
Stock inventory supervision: consumables such as product labels, product hangtag/size sticker, and making the order.
Data management: production tracker, new collection and inbound packing list tracker, QC tracker.
Persyaratan
Bachelor degree from any major.
Proficient and familiar with handling big amounts of data (numbers, proficiency in excel is a plus point.
Minimum working experience: 1 year.
Preference:
Having the ability to coordinate with different divisions on a hybrid working system.
Living in East Jakarta/Bekasi area.
