About the Role
Assist the Branch Manager with product fulfillment matters (Stock Pick Up & Stock In).
Arrange the product's stocks neatly in each specific ordered place.
Prepare the product packages as requested by the Stores/Resellers.
Calculate the requested packages and ensure it all already meet the details of the needs.
Working with the admin staff to prepare the package distribution to each store and ensure the process is going smoothly. You are expected to prepare all the administrative documents (surat jalan, order form, invoice) well.
Hand over the package smoothly to the logistic party.
Requirements
Has 1 - 2 years relevant experience in a retail company (FMCG, Fashion, Health & Beauty Industry).
Skillful to use Warehouse Management System (WMS) like Jubelio/Flux/Javelin
We need someone who can work without maximum supervision & has the proven agility to work in a fast paced environment.
Good administrative skills, good ability in using Excel formulas and Ms. Word.
Able to manage projects in a timely manner.
Has a keen eye for details.
