About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing Brand Revenue through digital media channels, executing digital marketing campaigns, and giving suggestions to drive more growth & ROI.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, launch and execute all digital marketing activities using different ads platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, on-platform Marketplace Ads.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Work closely with Brand Managers & Category Team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on a regular basis. Own budget allocation, Data Analysis, insight, and suggest different paid channel solutions to grow brand key metrics (increase traffic, basket size, revenue, repeat orders, churn prevention, cross selling).
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in process (i.e., automation, software, tools)
Monitor and optimize paid channel campaigns to be more efficient in Cost Per Metrics, such as lower Cost per Impression, Cost Per Click, Cost per Transaction. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, including bid management, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
Conduct regular performance analysis and provide reports on key metrics of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals metrics, identify trends and insights, and give recommendations for the next campaigns. (ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value)
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and ecommerce.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or any other related fields. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Proven experience in digital advertising and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (preferably Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Marketplace Ads) for at least 1 year preferably in a Retail or an agency.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
An understanding of the concept of funnel marketing and its application in digital ad platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
An understanding of digital ad metrics to measure each marketing funnel performance.
Able to identify target audiences and optimize digital campaigns to ensure best campaign performance.
Skilled at data processing using Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge for attribution metrics, digital marketing automation tools, or Google Data Studio is an advantage.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
