About the Role
One of our Health and Beauty Brand looking for Marketing Manager with detail as follows:
Grow our database of existing KOL/Influencer partners, as well as establish and maintain good working relationships.
Constantly manage relationships with influencers and important channel owners to ensure all projects and requests are handled accordingly.
Able to communicate project briefs and requests to our influencer partners to ensure all communications are conducted properly.
Brief and manage the direct working process with influencers/KOL to make sure the output received meets expectations in a timely manner.
Able to negotiate with influencers or design feasible deals to optimize performance and return of investment.
Conceptualise and manage demand-driving strategy, executive, and creating events involving influencers.
Do cross-collaboration and coordination with different teams and stakeholders, ensuring all projects are progressing in a timely manner.
Recap, measure, and analyze results of KOL performance or activations; as to provide insights and recommendations for future activations.
Conduct analysis on various metrics and topics in order to advise and propose to our brand portfolio influencer selection and strategies that complement their brand identity and marketing strategy/direction.
Identify and monitor key digital & social platforms for emerging trends and creative ideas to design effective communication with the target audience.
Conduct analysis and evaluation of our brand portfolio’s social media channels to advise potential partnerships with influencers to help boost brand awareness and/or business performance.
Assume the role of PMO for various offline events and activations, attends all events, and acts as the key contact to ensure success such as community gathering and bazaars, ensuring smooth preparation and execution.
At least 4 years of experience in Marketing, with previous experience in Influencer or KOL Management.
Possession of personal network and database among influencers/KOL is a huge plus.
Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative mind, and good at brain-storming.
Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
Strong understanding of holistic marketing practice that utilizes various marketing tools and channels.
A self-starter that is reliable; able to work within your role with minimum supervision.
Passionate about the market of Local Brands in Indonesia.
Having experience and background in Health & Beauty brand or industry is a huge plus.
