About the Role
Produce and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Propose and plan promotional activities and trade marketing campaigns with key accounts.
Organize and maintain trade marketing budgets and marketing calendars for all accounts.
Execute strategies to ensure product availability and monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Improve and track sales performance, preparing reports and evaluating results for internal stakeholders.
Facilitate coordination between brand teams and account partners to ensure successful campaigns and in-store visibility initiatives.
Plan and organize the acquisition of new accounts, including negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts.
Propose new account opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing sales growth, market share, and ROI for promotions.
Requirements
Education / Pendidikan S1 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
Work Experience / Pengalaman kerja Min. 5-6 years in the same position
Expertise / Bidang Keahlian Experience in key account management, sales, or business development within modern trade, FMCG or Retail industries
