About the Role
Job Description
1. Creating creative assets, both static and video format, for Hypefast’ Corporate
Communication team and its users
2. Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity that aligns with Hypefast’s brand
guidelines & values
3. Working closely with Corporate Communication & its users to understand project
requirements and create designs that meet business objectives
4. Generating creative concepts and ideas for campaigns & projects, and developing them into
finished designs
5. Ensuring all designs meet the company's quality standards and are consistent across all
mediums
Requirements
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Design & Visual Communication is preferred but not mandatory
2. Having 1 year experience in Graphic Design
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After
Efects), Capcut
4. Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy and layout principles to create
aesthetically pleasing designs
5. Experience with digital platforms, including social media graphics and motion graphics
design principles
Preference:
1. Strong familiarity and interests towards current design trends
2. Candidates with skills for video editing is highly preferred
3. Working understanding of marketing channels and its native format
4. High degree of familiarity and interests towards Indonesia’s Local Brands scene, in
particular Fashion & Lifestyle products
5. Self-starter with strong initiatives
