About the Role

  • Identify partners that add value to the existing channel ecosystem and recruit them as our channels

  • Develop strategic territory plan for achieving annual quota and business growth by hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by working through channel partners

  • Identify and develop joint go-to-market strategies and lead-generation activities with channel partners 

  • Conduct regular Business reviews with partners and weekly sales cadence with partners’ sales leaders/ sales reps to provide accurate sales forecasts, increase revenue, the share of revenue, and market share from partner ecosystems

  • Educate Brands in commercial practices. Maintains a good understanding of the channel & Ecosystem


  • Min. 6+ years of work experience, with min. 4+ years of GT/MT retail experience, or similar

  • Have experience managing cross-function projects, and have led a team

  • Have a good network within the GT/MT industry

  • Have experience managing budgets, from proposing, planning, monitoring budget deployment, and budget reporting
