About the Role

  • Identify partners that add value to the existing channel ecosystem and recruit them as our channels


  • Develop strategic territory plan for achieving annual quota and business growth by hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets working through channel partners.


  • Identify and develop joint go-to-market strategies and lead generation activities with channel partners


  • Conduct regularly Business reviews with partners’ and weekly sales cadence with partners’ sales leaders/ sales rep to provide accurate sales forecast, increase revenue, the share of revenue, and market share from partner ecosystems


  • Educate Brands in commercial practices. Maintains a good understanding of the channel & ecosystem

Requirements

  • Min. 6+ years of work experience, with min. 4+ years in GT/MT retail experience, or similar


  • Have experienced managing cross-function projects, and have led a team


  • Have a good network within the GT/MT industry


  • Have experienced managing budget, from proposing, planning, monitoring budget deployment, and budget reporting
