About the Role
Assist in executing Engagement & Culture programs (annual thematic activities, recognition initiatives, and wellness activities) and Internal Communication.
Support onboarding and culture adoption efforts.
Assist in developing branding strategies and creating engaging content (social media, videos).
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Excited to work in the field of Employee Engagement, Employee Culture, Employer Branding, or Internal Communications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good English proficiency is a plus.
Proficient in working using Google Platforms (Slides, Word, Sheets, etc.).
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling. Experience with social media and creative writing is a plus.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut) for creating engaging materials, and experienced in content creation (social media, newsletters, Blogs, etc.).
Experienced in planning engagement initiatives or internal events.
Attention to detail, flexible, and has a drive to learn new things.
