About the Role
Propose and improve strategies to grow online sales by identifying e-commerce opportunities, developing relationships with RM, and understanding campaigns.
Plan and execute promotional activities, including ads and digital marketing activations, to unlock brand potential.
Produce and propose package deals for brand promotions and activations.
Organize and maintain BAU (Business As Usual) tasks, ensuring the effective execution of ongoing brand promotions and campaigns.
Execute and evaluate product launches and their performance within digital channels.
Facilitate and organize team management by holding weekly checkpoints, assessing team skills, and providing one-on-one or casual feedback sessions to support growth and development.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree from any major
Work Experience: 6 years in the e-commerce field
Expertise: E-commerce
Skill or Certification: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
