About the Role

  • Responsible for the overall sales and management of online selling channels in the Indonesian market; define the Key Indicators for performance measurement

  • Develop and maintain effective promotion throughout online selling channels whilst ensuring efficiency

  • Responsible for the e-commerce business plan strategies collaborating with related departments to ensure organization goals are achieved accordingly

  • Build good relationships with online retailers to maximize brand support

  • Maximize digital marketing program by optimizing retailer’s supports & assets

  • Active collaboration with retailer’s program to ride on good exposures


  • Min. 5+ years of work experience, with min. 3+ years in online retail/e-commerce, or similar

  • Have experienced managing cross-function projects, and have led a team

  • Have had some exposure with digital marketing, and managing data-driven campaigns

  • Have experienced managing budget, from proposing, planning, monitoring budget deployment, and budget reporting
