About the role
Manage daily marketplace operations across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, Lazada, and Blibli, including manual order input (for Blibli), issue tracking via Shipper360, and prioritization of instant/same-day orders for timely shipping.
Monitor and maintain stock availability by checking daily stock levels, syncing OOS items across platforms, and compiling weekly stock reports for the stock team.
Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to plan restocks, new product needs, and create clear PO timelines for quarterly mass production with MT Team.
Maintain a comprehensive product tracker including SKU planning, vendor details, sizing, colors, and inbound logistics.
Support new product development by communicating with vendors, checking sample prototypes, calculating COGS/COGM, and managing material requirements.
Oversee customer rating responses by reviewing marketplace feedback, reaching out for mitigation on low ratings, and encouraging rating updates post-resolution.
Conduct monthly competitor analysis by summarizing pricing, materials, and marketplace positioning from customer service reports for strategic recommendations.
Assist quarterly photoshoot operations, including product preparation, shipping coordination, and updating related product info in the system.
