About the Role
Taking ownership of projects management across creative divisions and streamlines.
Monitoring all projects progress and ensuring the projects to be on track according to SLA.
Reporting weekly SLA performance to Creative Lead.
Ensuring the working hours of each Creative PIC are well utilized with their task list / daily timesheet.
Coordinating with Creative Lead, Art Director, and Creative Producer to assign and reassign project to Creative team member.
Identifying load issues in the team and finding the solutions: proposing a budget for outsourcing, liaising, and creating a contract with outsourcing vendors.
Liaising and making retainer deals with outsourced vendors.
Calculating monthly expense from both Graphic Design and Photo/Video production and reevaluating cost-efficiency each quarter from monthly expense from brands, referring to shared function cost (graphic designers and creative production) and vendor cost.
Experienced in these roles: account management, project management, project coordinator, or similar roles.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excels with good data analysis skills.
Experienced in processing data and presenting them to overview the team performance.
A team player and having big ownership of the team and all creative streamlines.
Experienced in creating contracts and negotiating with vendors.
Min. of 2 years working experience at fast-paced and dynamic working environments: start-up or creative agency experience is mandatory.
A self-starter, well-organized, and a good communicator.
Having a creative background is a plus, but not mandatory.
