About the Role
In charge of content planning & production for Instagram and Tik Tok, including Livestream & various types of video content, execution of content creation from planning, scripting, shooting the video, being in the video, and editing.
For Tik Tok: Conceptualize, develop and execute various content through activating several content agendas; crafting the live session concepts & materials, hashtags, challenges, and fresh content.
Define in-app content strategy and establish a content ecosystem that aligns with market preferences.
Drive and manage content diversification across various topics and selling categories.
Strong in ideation and conceptualization - continuously curious about what's new and fresh in the video/media landscape.
Requirements
Strong creativity and storytelling skills
Some demonstrable experience creating attention-grabbing social media content.
Digital savvy and experienced in shooting basic videos and being on camera
Proficient at simplifying and communicating complex ideas to broad audiences
Excellent verbal, written, copy editing, and proofreading skills, both in Indonesia and English.
