About the Role

  • Start, Develop, and Manage Community-Building Initiatives for various brands.

  • Build interactions and grow communities to keep them engaged.

  • Actively finding a lead on potential community groups/members, approaching and expanding new community groups.

  • Collaborate with other functions/teams to identify and execute on opportunities to grow communities and integrate them into the overall Brand and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Keep up with the latest trend, topics, and activities that are related to the brands

  • Arrange and manage community-centric activations and events, as well as documenting and report the result.


  • Degree holder from a reputable university with 2-3 years of experience in managing multiple tiers of Community ( Reseller Management is a plus).

  • Established track record of forming successful community and/or influencer partnerships that contributed to brand growth.

  • Experience with kickstarting initiatives or projects from the ground up is a plus.

  • Outgoing and sociable personality.

  • Excellent communication both in writing and verbal is a must

  • Social Media - Experience with Social Media platforms and tools is a plus.

  • Interest in Local Brands, particularly in the Fashion industry is a huge advantage.
