Leading cessa's SPG GT & MT team around Indonesia.
Create a good synergy, coordination, and motivation for all Cessa SPG.
Understand appropriate sales strategies to apply to stores and SPGs to achieve targets.
Responsible for creating guideline (SOP) & planning.
Conduct product & sales training/coaching for SPG.
Monitor product availability & display/merchandising.
Doing market visits to stores and monitoring Cessa sales performance and SPG's performance.
Maintain relationship with store manager/owner.
Persyaratan
Willing to work mobile.
Good in doing administrative things over 4 years.
Shows strong leadership & communication skills. Capable to work as a team.
Highly proactive and responsible in doing coordination of both selling and marketing promotional program implementation.
Good in doing administrative thing.
Honest and trustworthy with integrity to maintain Brand’s reputation (Hypefast & Cessa) in front of store partners.
