About the Role
As brand representative in DB area, responsible for achieving sales target assigned by DB and directing DB salesmen in doing standardized branding implementation.
Responsible to communicate any Selling or Marketing program to DB other salesmen, and gather consolidated feedback from DB (if any) regarding any program or disputes that might be happening in the future.
Become the leader for all DB salesmen in terms of Cessa effective selling tactics, and standardized Cessa 7 steps-of-calls SOP in the market.
Monitor Cessa dedicated SPG in stores & SPG event (if any) activations.
Become the initiator for BIG NEW Outlets or MT Channels opportunity in the area
Requirements
Experienced as Sales Team Leader for over 4 years
Shows strong leadership and communication skill. Capable to work with a team.
Highly proactive and responsible in doing coordination with team for both selling and marketing program implementation
Honest & trustworthly with integrity to maintain Principle's reputation (HF & Cessa) in front of partners
