As a Business Intelligence Associate at Hypefast, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful business insights. You will work with various data sources, create complex reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes across the organization. Your ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations will be essential for success in this role.
Develop and maintain advanced Google Sheets formulas to support data analysis.
Write and optimize SQL queries.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), Metabase, and BigQuery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various data sources.
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.
Persyaratan
Proven experience as a BI Associate or in a relevant position for 4+ years.
Strong SQL skills, including experience with array and nested table, window functions, CTEs, and data deduplication.
Proven experience with advanced Google Sheets formulas.
Proficiency in creating, designing, and maintaining dashboards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Optional: Experience with Cloud Composer for data ingestion into BigQuery.
Preference:
Experience in the e-commerce, retail, or finance industry.
Experience with Metabase, Looker Studio, and BigQuery is preferred but not required. Experience with other BI tools will also be considered.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
