About the Role
Partnering with Commercial team by providing analysis, insight (support decision making) related to the brand performance
Participate in brands Quarterly & Annual Budget Planning
Control & Monitoring budget spend of each budget holder including control and monitor the brands expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices, purchase orders and claims from suppliers, vendors and other relevant parties against the brands budget
Retain constant awareness of the brands financial position and act to prevent problems
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports consist of financial performance against targets, implement action plan to improve financial performance and drive improvement
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
Effective team player and managing relationship with various stakeholder
Highly motivated to overcome challenges
Working and delivering within the tight deadline
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
Mature, proactive, fast worker with ability to work well.
Willing to travel (If required)
