About the Role

  • Lead the onboarding team and develop team leads within your team to equip the organization for strong growth

  • Drive faster onboarding, ensure optimal operational availability and support our strong growth

  • Collaborate with the teams in other departments to improve operations through new processes, etc

  • Document all processes and own the process manual to make sure the team is always aligned on the rules to follow


  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience managing a team in a fast-growing start-up company

  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly

  • Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, able to multitask, and cope well under pressure

  • Desire to achieve results and attention to details

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environment
