About the Role

  • Oversee all sales channels, creating projected budgets for online and offline platforms

  • Lead marketing activations, from budget allocation to expenditure tracking and reporting

  • Drive development of sales channels, collaborating with the channel team on new channel openings, marketing initiatives, and discount strategies

  • Ensure a sustainable business model by managing stock levels, discounts, and marketing activities

  • Maintain optimal stock health by coordinating stock circulation, cover, and distribution in partnership with the merchandising team

  • Oversee overall brand operations, liaising with relevant stakeholders

  • Manage the brand’s budget holistically, covering marketing, production, and brand activations

  • Monitor and manage monthly cash flow for the brand

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in senior brand management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industries.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth.

  • Experience in product development, campaign ideation, and execution.

  • Solid financial management skills, including P&L responsibility.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Deep understanding of the beauty market, with familiarity with local brand competition being a strong advantage.
