About the Role
Oversee all sales channels, creating projected budgets for online and offline platforms
Lead marketing activations, from budget allocation to expenditure tracking and reporting
Drive development of sales channels, collaborating with the channel team on new channel openings, marketing initiatives, and discount strategies
Ensure a sustainable business model by managing stock levels, discounts, and marketing activities
Maintain optimal stock health by coordinating stock circulation, cover, and distribution in partnership with the merchandising team
Oversee overall brand operations, liaising with relevant stakeholders
Manage the brand’s budget holistically, covering marketing, production, and brand activations
Monitor and manage monthly cash flow for the brand
Requirements
6+ years of experience in senior brand management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industries.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth.
Experience in product development, campaign ideation, and execution.
Solid financial management skills, including P&L responsibility.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Deep understanding of the beauty market, with familiarity with local brand competition being a strong advantage.
