About the Role

  • Strategy establishment based on potential growth for brand & product development

  • P&L analysis of the operational execution plan

  • Relationship management with stakeholders, including the Brand Founders

  • Assist product development, pricing, and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities

  • Manage multi and concurrent projects in order to fulfill company objectives

  • Manage a team of the brand team working on brand initiatives

  • Measure the performance of all campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

  • Create a report from campaigns, product sales, and cost

  • Translate the report into brand strategies to improve the production, marketing & distribution activities


  • Preferably have working experience as Brand Manager/Category Manager/Key Account Manager in e-Commerce or Retail company

  • Preferably have working experience min. 2-3 years managing the Local Brand/ Private Label

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Analytical Thinking
