About the Role
Work together with both Commercial and Brand Marketing teams to guide and facilitate various online and offline activations for our brand portfolio.
Lead and oversee the work of various marketing functions such as Community, Influencers, and Offline event teams.
Guide and direct Influencer Management team and Community Team to help support brand initiatives together with other stakeholders, facilitating sustainable growth for carious marketing activities and objectives.
Assume the role of PMO for various offline events and activations, such as community gathering and bazaars, ensuring smooth preparation and execution.
Continuously engage and develop communities for our brand portfolio through maintaining communication and facilitating community-based offline events to foster brand growth.
Provide projections during activation/event planning to ensure its aligned with the marketing objective.
Work with commercial team and our brand portfolio to fulfill and facilitate various initiatives they wish to accomplish for various marketing objectives.
Proactively propose various offline activations or events that our brand can tap into.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the field of brand activation, which covers, but is not limited to, influencer marketing, community engagement, and offline event management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
A strong understanding of offline events and marketing activities is required to have a successful event.
Working knowledge of influencer marketing and community building is a huge plus.
Passionate about the market of Local Brands in Indonesia.
Strong self-starter, able to initiate and propose activations for the benefit of the company and its brand portfolio.
