Tentang Peran

  • Study similar brand campaigns and research target markets

  • Analyse and stay on top of current marketing trends

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to assist in leading campaigns

  • Leading end-to-end brand portfolio including new product launching campaign.

  • Performing and conducting consumer insight, market research, and forecasting to provide innovation in brand development.

  • Formulating brand strategies and innovation pipelines based on strong market analysis, competitors’ analysis, and internal portfolio analysis.

  • Managing and responsible for all activities related to the brand such as advertising, social media planning, and digital marketing.

  • Evaluating new product launch within the brand, and managing product portfolio.

  • Responsible for on-time project delivery while leading several project teams as well as driving the collaboration and coordination with related stakeholders.


  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in integrated marketing

  • Strong understanding of offline marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM.

  • Familiarity with the use of AI tools in marketing is a significant advantage.

  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.

  • Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking

  • Highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

  • Experienced in leading small team.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
