Coordinate regularly with SPV Area, Handle a team of 5-8 SPV
Monitor the sell-in (S2) & sell-out (S3) performance of Area
Monitor SPV Sell in (S1) performance
Planning & Monitor activations at General Trade
Budget & Allocate trade marketing at General Trade
Monitor trade marketing deployment
Monitor General Trade program
Requirements
Minimum D3 / S1 Degree
Have 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor (beauty industry will be a plus)
Prior experience in handling salesmen and arrange salesman route
Has knowledge regarding area, good relationship with distributor, local outlets, especially General Trade
Understand display product concept, outlet sales, and distribution concept
Willing to work mobile to monitor areas
Great communication skill
Able to work with target and willing to mobile working arrangement
