About the Role

  • Responsible to maintain the company’s Shopee & Social Media account 

  • Issuing quotation, delivery order, invoices and following up outstanding payments 

  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible 

  • Executing online promotion and marketing campaigns 

  • Conducting market research and analysis -Trend & Pricing 

  • Inventory management: updating inventory to ensure stock level accuracy 

  • Handling and following up with customers’ enquiries and requests 

  • Assist with management of e-commerce website and 3rd party e-commerce platforms 

  • Execution of online order fulfilment: packing orders and arrange delivery 

  • Supporting administrative and marketing duties 

  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Administration, Business Management, Corporate Management or equivalent in any field 

  • Thorough knowledge of administrative, financial and management principles and practices 

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the admin or related field is required for this position 

  • Willing to learn and teamwork 

  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel 

  • Good interpersonal and Communications skills 

  • Initiative and resourceful 

  • Presentable and open mind set. 

  • Good Command in Bahasa Malaysia and English 

  • Location in Malaysia
